Why Mountain Ocean Rehab?

Ski Injury and Conditioning Specialist in the Bournemouth Area.

Specialist Ski and Snowboard Injury Experience

Having worked in a specialist snowsports injury clinic in Val d’Isere for six winter seasons, I have developed a wealth of knowledge and experience treating skiers and snowboarders of all levels.

A Deep Understanding of the Demands of your Sport

The mountains aren’t just a passion of mine, they’ve been an integral part of my life. I’m an avid alpine and telemark skier and love nothing more than telemarking the powder and skinning into the backcountry on my winter days off.

Snowsports Enthusiasts of all Levels

Over the past nine years, I have treated countless snow sports injuries from professional skiers to holidaymakers, trainee to fully qualified BASI instructors.

This extensive background gives me a thorough understanding of the physical and biomechanical demands of the sport and the environment.

Biomechanical Assessment

Analyse your strengths and weaknesses

Alternatively - if you are a good skier, or training for ski instructor level exams and cant quite put your finger on why your left turn is better than your right. Book a Biomechanical Assessment.

Biomechanical assessments will uncover your physical strengths and weaknesses, including flexibility and muscle imbalances, highlighting potential injury risks and physical limitations that are holding you back.

Biomechanical assessments form the foundation of a bespoke Mountain Ocean Rehab exercise program, targeting specific movements or muscles to improve your limitations and reduce the risk of injury.

Tailored Mountain Ocean Rehab exercise programs ensure your body has the functional capacity to achieve your goals.
